Burrata with Balsamic Honey Glazed Cherries and mint

Ingredients:

burrata

1/2 cup balsamic vinegar

1 tbsp olive oil

1 tbsp honey

1 cup cherries, pitted and cut in half

handful of mint, chiffonade


Directions:

Cut the cherries in half and take out the seed. Put into a bowl and repeat. Marinate with balsamic, honey, olive oil. Mix together and let sit for about 10-15 minutes.


Assemble the burrata on your serving plate. Add the cherries on top or around it for presentation. Chiffonade the mint and sprinkle it on top. Add more balsamic glaze on top and enjoy.
