Mediterranean Chopped Salad


2 cups cherry tomatoes, diced

2 cups english cucumbers, diced

1 cup chickpeas

½ cup red onion

½ cup crumbled feta cheese

½ cup parsley, chopped

1 tsp salt

½ tsp black pepper

¼ cup red wine vinaigrette from Dress it Up Dressing


Place chickpeas, tomatoes, cucumbers, red onions, feta, parsley in a large bowl. Season with salt and pepper. Pour the red wine vinaigrette over and mix to combine.
