Strawberry Jam


2 cups fresh strawberries

1/4 cup honey

1 tbsp lemon juice


01) Wash and slice strawberries. In a pot, add the strawberries, honey, and lemon juice. Mix well. Cook on high til it boils. Mash the strawberries with a large spoon or spatula.

02) Reduce the heat and keep cooking until it thickens.

03) Store in a glass jar and keep in the fridge for up to 3 weeks and freezer for 3 months.

04) Best served on sourdough bread and lots of butter.
