Blistered Shishito Peppers with sriracha mayo

Ingredients:

12 oz shishito peppers

2 tbsp olive oil

1 tsp sweet paprika

1/2 cup pistachios, crushed

2 tsp sriracha

1/2 cup mayonnaise

pinch of sea salt


Directions:


01) Heat a sauce pan with olive oil over medium. Add the shishito peppers. Cook for about 6-8 minutes til they start to pop and blister. Turn the heat to low and add in the paprika. Mix to coat all the peppers.


02) Mix together the sriracha and mayonnaise. Transfer the peppers to a plate with the mayonnaise.


03) Garnish with crushed pistachios and sea salt
